How the model is structured
Three stages to explore the right path

Getting started
The first stage focuses on getting to know a company, exploring different jobs and having a dedicated contact person.

Getting involved
Suitable tasks are intended to help young people discover their strengths and take responsibility. Personal support and review conversations are part of the model.
03
Practice month
A more focused placement is intended to support the choice of an apprenticeship. Additional learning activities and a digital record of experiences are planned.
The format and scope of each placement depend on age, compulsory schooling and the legal requirements that apply.
